Because systems that we lead, manage and operate are not nothing but reflection of peoples collective understanding of systems. The solution to all systemsic problem there fore shall start with people questioning their understnaing of sytems and we help people better their understaning fo ssytems so they can get systems to work the way them want.
Now one may say, we can develop our understaning of systems from countless sources what’s special about SystemsWay. I think this is the fair question and here is our answer which we believe that would intrigue you to join.There are two ways of improving our understanding of systems. The first way is to better your understanding of systems by listening to experts in particular systems. The thing that remains constant in this approach is the thinking paradigm using which you think. So you use your existing thinking paradigm to better your understanding of systems.
