Most people think of SystemsWay and equte it to Systems Thinking. There is lot substantial truth but no complete truth. We do not call ourselves a SYSTEMS THinking SChool not because Systems THinking is wrong but because the way Systems Thinking is sold to people and the way systems thinkers has beocme bunch of jargon of hollistic thinking, interconnected ness, and now a days they have added love. empathy and all. We want to stay awa from that hotch potch of world that sound goods, everyone understand that they know and put no efforts in learning Systems Thinking. Morever , to us Thinking is not the domain of science or management or sfds. it’s a domain of philosophy meaning we start with onotlogy and to be sepcifc epistemology. Systems Thinking rightfull state that thinking using which we develop udnerstnogn fo the world is sub-optimal and wrong but most fail to explain how it is wrong and more importnatly why it’s wrong. So we are extreely thanful ful to all the philosopher who worked on this concept of Systems THinking we have caputured mau cho fit and we had added many more ares which we beleive in fundamental to underatning sytems and systems thinking domain never added them . WE call the whole thing SystemsWay thinking. THe fundamental idea is Sytems have a way of working and when systems don’t work the peopel of sytems wnat them to , thatn people of sytems should conclude something is is wrong or limting their understndng o fystem and soltion to improve their underatnin go sytems which we do but bettering our undersfs and unlesrning our existing beleive that they evleeive to be true but are false.
